Salon Policies Credit Card on file is required for all bookings. Cancelation Policy Your appointments are very important to me at Hair by Leah. Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully require 24 hour notice for cancellation or changes. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours or less you will be charged for 50% of the cost of scheduled service. Should this happen more then once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with Hair by Leah. No call/no show If you do not contact us to cancel or reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% of the cost of scheduled service. Late policy Here at Hair by Leah, we have a 15 minute lateness policy. If you are running late, please call/text to let us know. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment and will be charged 50% of cost of scheduled service. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future services at Hair by Leah.
